Fundraisers


This year we will be holding 2 outside sales fundraisers. Outside sales fundraisers are the biggest source of income for our PTO budget. Our first sale will begin on September 14th and run through September 28th. We will be using Kathryn Beich Fundraising, whom we have had a good relationship with in the past. They are giving us 50% of the profits and providing additional prize level incentives for the students to reach. They also have a tiered prize program for the students which means that the more your student sells the more prizes he/she accumulates. Products will be delivered on November 1st.

Our second fundraiser will begin on November 19th and run through November 30th. We will be using the Butter Braid Bread company for this fundraiser. We used them in the spring last year and their product is fantastic and convenient for feeding visitors during the Holidays. The company will be providing samples sometime before the sale begins, so make sure you try them, you will love them. Bread orders will be delivered before winter break.

Our last fundraiser is a direct letter that will be sent home with students in February. This fundraiser goes directly into a school (not PTO) account which is used to help fund the teachers’ aides. This fundraiser may be tax deductible and you will receive a receipt for any donation that you give.

We truly appreciate all the help and support that our Heights families provide to the PTO that in turn enables us to provide support for our students and faculty in providing a fantastic educational experience. Please consider participating in our school fundraisers and our community events. We look forward to another excelling year at Madison Heights Elementary.
