Help open a world of literature and share the love of reading with a child. By becoming a literacy tutor, you will support a student once a week for an hour in the skills of reading and writing. The gift of your time and commitment is an everlasting gift to a child. The shared experience between the student and the literacy tutor is a powerful influence on the child's perception of himself and the world. A feeling of confidence builds in both the tutor and child as the road of literacy leads them to new adventures together. If you are interested in becoming a literacy tutor,
